Bradford Lamb - President.

Mr. Lamb has 25 years of sales and sales management experience. Previously he served as President of InteLex Corporation, a global provider of online academic research services. Mr. Lamb still serves on the Board at InteLex and is also a member of the Oregon Wave Energy Trust (OWET) Research and Development Committee. Prior to InteLex, he spent ten years with GE Medical Systems, in both the US and Asia, where he held a number of posts in sales and sales management for high-technology capital medical diagnostic imaging equipment.  Mr. Lamb received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Ken Rhinefrank - VP of Research

Mr. Rhinefrank studied Electrical Engineering at Oregon State University, where he worked on linear generator modeling, design, and analysis, the development of magnetic direct-drive mechanisms, fundamental concepts in wave energy extraction, ocean test site selection and permitting. He also had primary project management responsibilities for the design and installation of the advanced linear test bed. Prior to his graduate work, Mr. Rhinefrank spent 15 years in the design, installation, and repair of automated industrial controls systems with HP and Applied Theory. Prior to that he served for eight years in the Navy, where he served on two nuclear powered submarines and worked as Engineering Watch Supervisor and on the reactor controls instrumentation.

Matthew H. Hantzmon - VP of Business Development

Mr. Hantzmon is a senior executive with a successful record in renewable energy and medical technology start-up companies. He was Managing Director of Greenlight Energy, Inc., an independent power producer focused on wind energy projects. He was with Greenlight from 2001 until 2006 when the company was sold to British Petroleum (BP). Mr. Hantzmon is a founder and on the board of Columbia Power Technologies. Mr. Hantzmon is currently Vice President of Business Development for Diffusion Pharmaceuticals, a development stage pharmaceutical company. In his early career, Mr. Hantzmon was a Senior Financial Analyst for IBM and a Management Consultant for Price Waterhouse, LLC. Mr. Hantzmon holds a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Jim Trousdale - VP of Finance

Mr. Trousdale is responsible for executing the company's financial strategy.  He was Director of Finance at Greenlight Energy, a wind energy development company that was sold to BP Alternative Energy for over $100 million in 2006.  Previously based in NY, Mr. Trousdale was an energy project finance professional at Citigroup, Fortis and CIT, where he executed more than 25 transactions valued at $17 billion.  This included deals in renewable energy (biofuels, wind, solar), electric power, and oil & gas.   Prior to banking, he had a career in Latin American economic development.  Based in Central and South America, Jim implemented programs in sustainable agriculture and livestock production, and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Trousdale has a BA and MA (School of Foreign Service), both from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Nelson Teague - VP of Legal Affairs

Mr. Teague has a background in corporate law and structured financial transactions. He has been engaged in development transactions in the renewables industry including negotiation of power purchase agreements, project finance matters, permitting of wind projects and structuring strategic relationships. He worked as the Director of Project Transactions with Greenlight Energy, Inc., one of the largest independent wind energy companies in the country, with a 6,000 MW development pipeline, comprised of large-scale wind energy projects in 15 states. Prior to joining Greenlight, he practiced law for Williams, Mullen, where he specialized in corporate law. He also served as corporate counsel for Circuit City Stores, Inc. Nelson holds a BA degree from Washington and Lee University and his law degree from the TC Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.
